A Masterclass in coffee-making

Get a world-class EDGucation at our accredited coffee courses

Welcome to the EDGE Training Academy!

Whether you’re an americano aficionado keen to produce the perfect kitchen cup, or a budding home barista looking to brew coffee so good it attracts its own cult following, our coffee training courses can help. Our coffee courses cover both the hands-on, practical side of coffee-making and the more theoretical aspects of where coffee comes from, and how it’s produced and processed. We limit our group sizes so you get one-on-one feedback from our trainers delivered in a learning environment that’s as informative as it is informal. Our ‘Edgucation’ courses are Beverage Standards Association Approved Centre which allows us to offer both the City & Guilds VRQ Level 2 Barista Skills Course and the BSA’s Accredited Level 1 Barista Skills Course.
