Once we have supplied you with your machine and chosen suitable teas and coffees for you, we don’t just leave things there:

Edgcumbes will visit your site and train your catering staff in the art of ‘proper coffee making’ ensuring you get the very best from your machine. There is no point in buying the best coffee in the world if you don’t have the skills to make that perfect cup of coffee. In this competitive world it is wise to be ahead of the game and Edgcumbes have the necessary expertise to ensure that this is the case.

After Sales Service

We have a close working relationship with our equipment manufacturers to ensure that our after sales service is second to none and any problems are efficiently and quickly resolved.

We will service and maintain your equipment with our team of trained engineers. The coffee machine water filters are changed by us at pre-arranged intervals, which are diarised by us so you don’t have the added worry of remembering.

We are just a phone call away should the unthinkable happen – no hot coffee or tea with a conference of 100 people booked the next day! Help is always on hand.
